SpectrumHook is a Uniswap v4 hook on Ethereum. Charges a 3% (300 bps) tax on all non-excluded swaps by taking the fee from the input currency in beforeSwap via BeforeSwapDelta and routing it to a vault. The owner can exclude addresses from the tax and has an emergency kill switch via a config bit.
