Enforces a dynamic price floor on registered memecoin/stablecoin pools by adjusting the LP fee in beforeSwap. Compares the pool's current sqrtPrice against a TWAP reference composed from UniswapV2 price accumulator snapshots along a project-configured route; the fee is raised to prevent swappers from receiving better execution than the external reference minus a configured margin. Curators and LP managers are exempt from the fee adjustment.
