A 0.5% fee hook for the MEI/ETH Uniswap v4 pool. On each buy or sell, it skims a 0.5% fee in $MEI tokens using BeforeSwapDelta and AfterSwapDelta, then forwards collected fees to the meiToken contract via notifySwap() for distribution to token holders.
