EthereumRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for the NFTEngine platform that gates pool initialization and liquidity additions to factory-authorized callers. In afterSwap, it takes a graduated fee (starting at 95% for buys, decaying ~1% per 5 blocks to a 10% floor; flat 10% for sells), swaps token fees to ETH, and distributes 80% to the NFT collection engine and 20% to a configurable fee recipient.
