A native-ETH Uniswap v4 hook that charges a configurable flat fee (default 1%, hard-capped at 3%) on the ETH side of every swap using BeforeSwapDelta and AfterSwapDelta. Collected ETH accumulates in the hook and can be forwarded permissionlessly to a PlantVault via pour() as yield for stakers.
