DynamicFee
EthereumRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook that lets an off-chain keeper push LP fees within configurable min/max bounds per pool, falling back to a default fee when the pushed fee's TTL expires. In afterSwap, it deducts a separate hook fee from the unspecified token amount and mints it to an immutable treasury as ERC-6909 claims.
