A Uniswap v4 hook that skims a configurable fee (in basis points, hard-capped at 3%) from the input currency on exact-input swaps, accruing it as ERC-6909 claims in the pool manager. Fees can be collected permissionlessly to a treasury address; the fee can only be lowered by the deployer, never raised.
