A fee-taking hook for the $STRAT/wETH pool that levies a 2% fee on all swaps, routing wETH fees to a reserve and burning STRAT fees to maintain a monotone-increasing price floor (N = reserve/supply). Includes a permissionless `defend()` function that uses reserve wETH to market-buy and burn STRAT when TWAP price falls below the floor, and blocks LP additions below the floor price.
