Collects a 1.2% fee on buys (ETH into a reflection pot) and sells (tokens sent to the token contract). Every 20 swaps a buyback is queued; execution needs a manual buyAndReflectPrism() call that buys back and distributes the token. Same-block-as-buyback sells revert; exact-output unsupported. afterSwap also gates sells: when reflectionBase[token] is set, non-canReflect addresses cannot sell - anyone can enable it via excludeReflections(), only genesisAddress disables it.
