In `beforeSwap`, it deducts a configurable fee (platform fee plus optional per-pool creator tax with separate buy/sell rates and a linearly-decaying anti-snipe tax) from the specified currency via BeforeSwapDelta, routing proceeds to the creator's fee recipient and a GWEI buyback vault as ERC-6909 claims.
