LiquidGuard
EthereumRegisteredUniswap v4 hook that skims a configurable fee (in RARE tokens) from every swap in RARE-paired pools, routing the fee to a distributor contract. When RARE is the specified currency, fees are deducted in beforeSwap; when unspecified, in afterSwap. Pool initialization is restricted to owner-approved initializer addresses.
