A hook that implements a virtual constant-product AMM (x*y=k) using configurable virtual reserves, handling all swaps entirely in `beforeSwap` via `BeforeSwapDelta` without consuming pool liquidity. Only exact-input swaps are supported, and only a single authorized swap router may initiate swaps.
