SaturnOmnichainV4Hook
EthereumRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for the Saturn Omnichain project. Only `afterInitialize` is enabled (as a no-op returning the selector). Liquidity bootstrapping is delegated to an external `ISaturnOmnichainLiquidityBootstrapper` contract via the `initializePools()` function. All swap and liquidity callbacks are pure no-ops.
