A Uniswap v4 hook that skims configurable buy and sell taxes (in basis points) from the ETH side of ETH/token pools. Fees are taken via BeforeSwapDelta/AfterSwapDelta and forwarded to a rewards distributor contract, with optional per-swap account settlement via hookData. Trading is gated by a launch controller.
