A minimal Uniswap v4 hook for the Saturn omnichain protocol. Only afterInitialize is flagged but its callback is a no-op (returns selector only). The actual pool bootstrapping is performed by a separate LiquidityBootstrapper contract invoked via the initializePools() function, which records the initial tick and sets a poolInitialized flag.
