AtomicLimitOrderHook

AtomicLimitOrderHook atomically combines a swap and a limit-order placement in a single transaction, extending OpenZeppelin's LimitOrderHook. It prevents front-running between the two steps and adds guards that keep order accounting consistent under aggregator-style multi-hop swaps. Uses the AFTER_INITIALIZE and AFTER_SWAP flags; ordinary swaps through the pool require no custom hook data.
