A Uniswap v4 hook that enforces dynamic LP fee overrides per swap direction (configurable fee for zeroForOne swaps, zero fee for oneForZero) and collects an additional owner-configurable hook swap fee (up to 0.01%) from the output token for exact-input swaps and from the input token for exact-output swaps. Accrued fees are held in the hook contract and claimable by the owner.
