A Uniswap v4 hook that charges a fixed 1% ETH fee on every swap in ETH/TOKEN pools. Uses beforeSwap and afterSwap return deltas to collect the fee from the ETH side of each swap, covering all four swap directions (exactIn/exactOut × ETH-input/ETH-output). Accumulated fees are held in the hook contract and withdrawable by an immutable fee recipient.
