Charges a fixed 1% buy tax (deducted from input before the swap via BeforeSwapDelta) and a 1% sell tax (deducted from ETH output after the swap via AfterSwapDelta). Exact-output swaps are disabled. Collected fees accumulate in the hook contract and can be withdrawn by the owner.
