A Uniswap v4 token launchpad hook that manages one-sided token liquidity in an ETH/token pool. Token creators initialize a pool, seed a percentage of the token's total supply as a one-sided range position [minUsableTick, currentTick], and later withdraw the full position (principal + accrued fees) back to themselves. The afterAddLiquidity and afterRemoveLiquidity callbacks return zero delta.
