A hook for the MLDYSTR/ETH pool that takes a time-decaying custom fee (starting at 99%, decaying 10pp/hour to 20% over 8 hours) on each ExactIn swap via afterSwap. Token fees are converted to ETH through a nested poolManager.swap(), then distributed 80% to MiladyStrategy and 20% to a protocol fee address. ExactOutput swaps are unconditionally rejected.
