The creator initializes a pool, seeds token-only liquidity across [MIN_TICK, currentTick], and can later withdraw the full position (principal and accrued fees) back to themselves. afterAddLiquidity and afterRemoveLiquidity callbacks are no-ops returning ZERO_DELTA.
