Uniswap v4 hook that taxes swaps involving the AGI token, collecting a configurable sell fee (via BeforeSwapDelta in beforeSwap) and buy fee (via afterSwapReturnsDelta in afterSwap), both denominated in AGI and forwarded to a configurable fee recipient. Fees are capped at 10% per side and adjustable by an owner.
