A Uniswap v4 hook that mitigates just-in-time liquidity attacks by tracking liquidity-weighted position tenure and applying a linear fee toll on early removals. Tolls are redistributed to in-range liquidity providers via donate(); if no liquidity is in range, fees are minted as ERC-6909 claims and flushed on the next swap.
