A swap-tax hook that takes a 2% fee on every buy (via BeforeSwapDelta) and sell (via AfterSwapDelta), retaining collected ETH in the contract. The ETH is periodically split between a team wallet (0.5%) and a yield-sink token contract (1.5%) via a public `normalize()` call. Only exact-input swaps are supported.
