A Uniswap v4 hook that levies a fixed 1% ETH tax on every ETH/token swap: 1% of ETH input is taken before buys (ETH→token) and 1% of ETH output is taken after sells (token→ETH), forwarding the tax to a hardcoded TAX_ADMIN address. The contract also deploys the V4locity (V4LC) ERC-20 token and renounces ownership at construction.
