A Uniswap v4 hook that levies a 10% ETH tax on every ETH-in buy and ETH-out sell, forwarding it to a hardcoded treasury address. A portion of each tax accumulates as a jackpot pool; swappers who supply a buyer address in hookData receive weighted lottery tickets, and a winner is drawn every 50 blocks to claim the jackpot.
