A Uniswap v4 swap hook for a FORGE token pool that skims a flat 1% sell tax on FORGE sells and a time-limited anti-snipe buy tax (90% for 5 minutes post-launch, then 0%) to a treasury address, while overriding the LP fee to a flat 0.30% on all swaps. Swaps are blocked entirely before the configured launch time.
