A Uniswap v4 hook that runs a per-epoch lottery: after each swap it issues tickets to the swapper (via tx.origin) proportional to ETH trading volume and adds a configurable tax to an ETH prize pot. At epoch end, anyone can trigger a Chainlink VRF draw to randomly select a winning ticket holder who receives the pot.
