Plain buys (ETH->HID, no/unapproved hookData) are charged 1% of ETH input; domain-registration buys (hookData set, input >= autoRegisterThreshold, root approved) are charged a fixed 0.0005 ETH REGISTRATION_FEE. Sells (HID->ETH) are charged 1% of ETH output via afterSwap. On a successful registration swap, afterSwap registers the domain encoded in hookData on-chain to tx.origin.
