Manages liquidity pools for the EtherRL protocol: a main ETH/EtherRL pool and per-answer-token pools for a prediction/Q&A platform. Liquidity is permanently locked to external users. After each swap, the hook collects a fee from the output token, converts it to ETH via nested swaps, distributes a portion as rewards through a RewardDistributor, and uses the remainder for EtherRL token buyback-and-burn.
