A Uniswap v4 hook for an ETH/IVY pool that charges a configurable fee (up to 5%) on the ether leg of every swap, banking proceeds as ERC-6909 claims. Anyone can call climb() to convert banked ether into a ratcheting one-tick-wide buy bid that only ever moves to a better (lower) price; any IVY tokens caught by the bid are permanently burned.
