An upgradeable single-pool hook for an OLY token that collects a dynamic market-sell tax based on market cap tiers (using a TWAP oracle) and implements epoch-based limit orders. Tax is taken via BeforeSwapDelta on exact-output OLY sells and via AfterSwapDelta on exact-input OLY sells; limit orders are filled in afterSwap as ticks are crossed.
