A hook that intercepts swaps to perform 1:1 wrapping and unwrapping between USDT and fewUSDT tokens. In beforeSwap, it takes the input token, calls fewUSDT.wrap() or fewUSDT.unwrap(), settles the output token, and returns a BeforeSwapDelta to fully handle the swap within the hook, bypassing normal AMM pricing.
