A token launchpad hook that manages creator-controlled, one-sided ETH/token liquidity positions. Token creators can initialize pools, seed initial token-only liquidity sized to a percentage of total supply, and later withdraw principal plus accrued fees. The afterAddLiquidity and afterRemoveLiquidity callbacks return zero delta without modifying swap behavior.
