It charges a fixed 1.5% fee in ETH on swaps using beforeSwap and afterSwap delta flags, processes up to 20 active NFT accounts per swap, and allocates realized fees: 90% to NFT account rewards, 5% to the treasury, and 5% to a buyback reserve. Pool liquidity is permanently locked. The hook does not require custom hookData.
