Buy fees accumulate in an ETH pot; every 20 swaps a buyback is queued, then executed by an external buyAndReflectPrism() call that buys back tokens and distributes them via notifyReflection(). Sell fees go to the token's reflection bucket. Sells are blocked in a buyback's block; afterSwap also holds a deployer-controlled allowlist (canReflect + reflectionBase) that, once activated, restricts sells to deployer-whitelisted addresses.
