EthereumRegisteredA hook that charges a tiered ETH-denominated swap fee (0.5%–1.25% based on token market cap) on ETH/token pools. In beforeSwap and afterSwap it skims the fee from the ETH leg of each swap via BeforeSwapDelta/AfterSwapDelta, accruing 75% to a hardcoded protocol wallet and 25% to a per-token registered creator, redeemable via a pull-based claim().
