SaturnOmnichainV4Hook
EthereumRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for the Saturn Omnichain project. Only the afterInitialize permission is set, but the afterInitialize callback is a no-op (returns selector only). A separate permissionless initializePools() function calls ISaturnOmnichainLiquidityBootstrapper.bootstrap() to bootstrap liquidity and records the returned initial tick. All swap, liquidity, and donate callbacks are no-ops.
