A Uniswap v4 hook managing an ETH/ETHRL main pool and per-answer token pools. It permanently locks external liquidity (beforeAddLiquidity and beforeRemoveLiquidity always revert), charges a 2% fee on the main pool and 0.5% on answer pools via afterSwapReturnsDelta, converts collected fees to ETH, allocates 2% of ETH for ETHRL buyback-and-burn, and distributes the remaining 98% as ETH rewards through a weighted distributor contract.
