Dead Pizza LP Hook

Burns 1% of the PIZZA LP token side on every swap by sending it to the dead address (0x000...dEaD). Uses beforeSwap delta for LP-as-specified-input swaps and afterSwap delta for LP-as-unspecified-output swaps. Enforces a single ETH/PIZZA_LP pool pair; reverts on any other pool configuration.
