An afterSwap hook for the IMD token that collects a configurable fee (default 1%, owner-adjustable up to 10%) from the unspecified currency of every swap via afterSwapReturnsDelta. Fees accrue in an owner-withdrawable pool. The hook also records per-swap market telemetry (swap count, cumulative volume, last block, last actor) as an on-chain oracle.
