An afterSwap hook that acts as a price circuit breaker: when token0 flows into the pool, it queries an external oracle and reverts the swap if the oracle call fails or the returned price falls below a configured minimum. The hook always returns a zero delta despite having the afterSwapReturnsDelta flag set.
