A dynamic-fee hook for an ETH/uWu pool that adjusts the LP fee based on how each swap moves the spot price relative to a protocol peg: swaps toward the peg receive a subsidized 0.05% fee, swaps within a 1% neutral band pay a flat 0.30%, and swaps away from the peg pay a progressive fee (0.30%–5%) proportional to the gap. After each swap, records the updated spot price and a mood indicator.
