WstETHHook turns a v4 pool into a stETH/wstETH wrapper. Swaps convert at Lido's live exchange rate rather than 1:1, since wstETH accrues staking rewards. Deposits wrap the stETH taken from the PoolManager and settle the wstETH back; withdrawals unwrap and return stETH. Exact-output swaps are not supported.
