An afterSwap hook that enforces a minimum oracle price for swaps yielding token0. When a swap produces a positive token0 amount, it queries a constructor-supplied oracle; if the call fails or the returned price falls below a minimum threshold, the hook returns an invalid selector, reverting the swap. The afterSwapReturnsDelta flag is set but the returned delta is always zero.
