A hook for NFTStrategy pools that takes swap fees with a time-decaying buy rate (starting at 99%, decreasing by 100bps per 5 blocks down to a 10% floor) and a fixed 10% sell fee. Collected fees are distributed 80% to the NFT collection, 10% to buy-and-burn PNKSTR, and 10% to a configurable fee address. Exact-output swaps are blocked, and liquidity operations are restricted to the NFTStrategyFactory.
