A Uniswap v4 hook that applies a fixed tax (default 10%) on exact-input swaps in WETH-paired pools. In beforeSwap, it takes 8% of input to a protocol wallet and 2% to a team wallet, then returns a BeforeSwapDelta so the pool executes on the net post-fee amount. Exact-output swaps revert.
