A Uniswap v4 hook that taxes each exact-input swap: 2% of ZAP output on buys redirected from the swapper via ERC20 transfer, and 3% of ETH output on sells redirected via pool manager take(), both sent to a randomly selected eligible holder (≥5,000 ZAP held 5 min–24 h) or burned to 0xdead if none exists.
