EthereumRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook that applies a configurable ETH-leg tax (up to 5%) on each swap and returns a per-address dynamic LP fee via the Cortex contract. Tax accrues in the hook and is permissionlessly paid out to an immutable recipient; the owner can only lower tax rates, never raise them.
